My name is Chris Dohman. I’m a guy blessed with a fantastic wife and two tremendous boys. I recently closed the Shoreview Post, a community news site I published for two years dedicated to Shoreview and the surrounding cities. Before publishing the Shoreview Post, I was active in developing websites, most recently using WordPress.

I now focus my work and education on user experience based web design. User experience design is widely known as UX design. Achieving the organization’s goals while delivering an easy and productive web experience for the user is the primary focus of UX design. UX design values the goals of an organization, research on those who will use a website, and how users will use the website, before jumping into the visual design.
